I remember playing TMNT, watching Robotech, debating comics, and piggyback jousting. I remember his humor, his patience with me, and the half-moons when his patience wore out.

I haven't seen him in years, and I will still miss him.

There is no monument dedicated to the memory of a committee.

I would like the world to remember me as the guy who really enjoyed playing games and sharing his knowledge and his fun pastimes with everybody else.

Gary's influence in my life can't be overstated. I grew up playing Dungeons and Dragons and fantasizing about the worlds he created. He died in 2008 and every once in a while that makes me sad all over again.

I cannot believe that war is the best solution. No one won the last war and no one will win the next.‎
